Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research, from developing materials and surveys to data management, analysis, and evaluation. Build and maintain efficient internal data-collection processes to create a comprehensive evidence base of organisational impact. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to develop skills and capabilities in impact, benefits management, and evaluation. Deliver workshops and training sessions to strengthen organisation-wide understanding of benefits, impact, and evaluation. Produce clear, accessible research reports and briefings that communicate evidence effectively. Respond to ad-hoc evidence requests, including those supporting policy development and government processes such as Spending Reviews. Contribute evidence to business cases and other decision-making documents. Support the collection of high-quality benefit insights across UKAEA to capture the full breadth and depth of organisational impact. Build strong relationships across UKAEA, UKIFS, and relevant government teams, while supporting the Executive Office with reporting, dashboards, risk management, and programme reviews.
