Taken & verantwoordelijkheden: Verzorgen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen Coachen en begeleiden van collega’s binnen het Finance team (5 – 10 fte) Verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van belastingaangiften Controleren van de salarisadministratie Verantwoordelijk van een adequaat debiteurenbeheer Voorbereiden van dossiers voor accountantscontrole en audits Signaleren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen en efficiëntere werkwijzen Verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit/ integriteit van het grootboek Functie-eisen Jouw profiel Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een financiële, bedrijfseconomische of vergelijkbare richting. Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen Finance & Control. Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring, waarbij je teams hebt aangestuurd en medewerkers hebt begeleid. Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en het verbeteren van financiële processen. Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een must; ervaring met AFAS en/of Syntess is een pré. Zeer goede beheersing van MS Office, met name Excel. Sterk cijfermatig inzicht en een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde werkwijze.
