The Manager of Finance Technology is responsible for the management, development, and optimization of the bank’s cloud-hosted data platform, which supports key Finance technologies, including Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and its critical modules: Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP), Asset & Liability Management (ALM), Profitability Management (PFT), and IFRS 9/ECL Management (LLFP). This platform is hosted on Oracle’s Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC) infrastructure, and understanding of cloud-based hosting and architecture is essential for the successful management of this role. This position is highly strategic and involves working closely with the bank’s senior Finance leadership. The role is pivotal in ensuring that the platform delivers accurate, high-quality data to support key decision-making by the Group CEO, Group CFO, and other senior executives. The platform also integrates with the newly implemented Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS), playing a key role in financial, regulatory, and profitability reporting for both Corporate and Retail Banking divisions. The successful candidate will liaise with senior stakeholders to implement a strong financial reporting model, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of data necessary for high-level management reporting and regulatory compliance.
