Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage end-to-end financial accounting and reporting for multiple entities with complex holding structures, including SPVs, property companies, and holding companies. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting activities such as processing bank statements, invoices, accruals, and provisions, as well as maintaining interest, amortization, and depreciation schedules. The position will lead month-end close activities, perform reconciliations (including intercompany), and prepare financial statements, NAVs, and management accounts. In addition, the role supports tax compliance by providing financial data for local tax filings, prepares cash flow statements, liquidity analyses, quarterly NAV and FMV reports, and assists with information packages for lending banks. You will also play a key role in the year-end and audit process, including preparing internal and external reports and annual accounts, supporting consolidation activities, coordinating with administrators and external auditors, and producing ad hoc financial reports and reconciliations as needed.
