Au sein du Département Comptable et Consolidation, vous rejoindrez l’équipe « Production Comptable », une équipe dynamique et bienveillante composée de 10 personnes. Quel est le rôle de l’unité « Production comptable » au sein du Crédit Agricole Nord Est ? Les missions de l’unité sont variées et s’articulent autour de deux grands Pôles : un pôle « comptabilité générale » en charge de l’établissement des comptes des Caisses Locales, de la Caisse Régionale et de ses filiales et un pôle « fournisseur » en charge de la comptabilité auxiliaire. En tant que Comptable Fournisseur, quelles seront vos missions au quotidien ? Nourri(e) de nombreux échanges avec les fournisseurs, les gestionnaires de budget, le Contrôle de Gestion et le Service Achat, vos missions seront les suivantes : - Assurer le correct traitement des factures fournisseurs (réception, vérification de la régularité, enregistrement comptable et règlement), - Assurer le correct provisionnement des frais généraux - Assurer la comptabilisation et le suivi des immobilisations corporelles de la Caisses Régionale - Suivre les contrats de location - Contribuer à la mise en œuvre du plan de contrôle interne - Assurer la mise à jour de la documentation des activités (procédures, modes opératoires), - Participer aux différents projets de l’unité et du groupe dont notamment la mise en place de la facturation électronique.
