About Role You would be responsible to monitor the performance and SLA compliance of the Cargo Revenue Accounting (CRA) outsourced partner (BPO) across key processes which includes Cargo flown revenue accounting, GSA commission computation, Postal mail accounting and billing, review of reconciliation. Support the release of daily and monthly cargo flown MIS reports and assist with periodic incentive calculations. Responsibilities Review and release of monthly and periodic GSA commission payout to General Sales Agents (GSA) as per agreement terms. Compute and approve periodic incentive payout to Global and local corporate agents as per agreement terms and conditions. Review of monthly General Ledger (GL) account reconciliation and timely submission to Record to Report team for account balance confirmation. Support QR-IT with Cargo MIS queries; ensure timely updates and publication of flown revenue reports. Support QR network requirements by providing AWB-level sales and flown data for tax filings and regulatory compliance. Report system defects for resolution, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide sign-off for CRA system enhancements in CROAMIS in coordination with the service provider. Ensure timely and accurate flown processing and accounting to support prompt revenue recognition. Timely resolve escalated queries and exceptions raised by CRA BPO for outsourced activities to complete processing and accounting activities. Perform System Testing in the CRA system, document the test scenario with the test result (pass and fail conditions) and submit the report to the CRA Manager. Highlight any system defect, support, or enhancement required in the CRA System. Prepare new or revise the existing Internal Accounting Procedure (IAP) / Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ensure it is comprehensive enough in order for the document to be used as a reference to any party.
