Summary: This position is responsible for all accounting functions for multiple clients. Ensure P&L statements, payables, accruals, balance sheets, bank accounts, audits, and ledgers are all accurate and completed every month. Review payroll information received from client is complete and accurate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide full-charge bookkeeping services for multiple clients including payroll, invoicing, A/R collections, and financial reporting. Tally and enter cash receipts. Prepare and post journal entries. Assist with month-end close process. Prepare timely and accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports and communicate results to clients in a comprehensive manner. Assist with year-end close process. Assist with sales tax returns. Assist with onboarding new bookkeeping clients. Prepare supporting documents for annual tax returns and Form 1099-MISC filings. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: · Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, CS Professional Suite Software, MS Office; Google Drive, ShareFile, or similar cloud client portal · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Attention to detail. · Ability to prioritize and multitask. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
