This role will work closely with sub-regional and functional leadership teams to provide financial guidance, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the delivery of business performance objectives.The Finance Business Partner will serve as a key interface between finance and operations, offering insights into financial performance, supporting commercial initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external requirements.What you will be doing   Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance and identify improvement opportunities. Support contract reviews, bid proposals, and variation management processes. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting activities. Provide financial input into capital expenditure proposals and challenge underlying assumptions. Monitor fixed costs and working capital metrics, and support cash flow management. Contribute to business improvement initiatives and project evaluations. Ensure compliance with Orica’s financial policies, standards, and reporting timelines. Promote financial literacy and effective use of financial systems across the business. Participate in site safety meetings and support adherence to Orica’s SHE Charter.
