Description du poste Nous recherchons pour notre agence d'Antony, un(e) Chargé(e) de Recouvrement pour rejoindre notre équipe administrative et financière en charge de la comptabilité de l’agence dans le respect de la loi et des normes comptables. A ce titre, votre mission principale sera la gestion des recouvrements : Analyser les différents éléments des dossiers, établir un diagnostic de la situation financière des clients débiteurs, permettant la prévention du risque de crédit. Définir leur niveau de solvabilité, alerter sur le risque de crédit (impayé durable, créance douteuse, litige, contentieux, dépassement de limite de crédit) pour adapter la négociation et envisager les actions de recouvrement pertinentes. Effectuer les relances préventives avant l’échéance de paiement et après le dépassement d’échéance. Informer le client et proposer des solutions orientées vers le paiement. Négocier un recouvrement amiable : paiement différé ou échelonné avec échéancier. Veiller à préserver la relation client et l’image de l’entreprise. Gérer les litiges éventuels en liaison avec les équipes internes concernées. Suivre les opérations de recouvrement, l’évolution des résultats, les demandes clients. Qualifications Profil : De formation BAC+2 en comptabilité/gestion, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie d'au moins 4/5 ans sur un poste similaire. La maitrise de Sidetrade et du Pack Office (EXCEL) est attendue. Au cours de vos précédentes expériences, vous avez su faire preuve de rigueur, de structure dans votre méthodologie de travail.
