Your tasks:

• Processing and posting of incoming invoices in accounts payable
• Active reduction of a large invoice backlog
• Accounting for invoices including cost center, project and general ledger accounting
• Working in a complex process landscape with interfaces to the shared service center abroad
• Dealing with a VIM tool that is currently not fully stable
• Coordination and communication with internal departments and the SSC
• Ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines in the booking process

Your qualifications:

• Experience in accounts payable
• Very good understanding of how to correctly post invoices (cost centers, projects, general ledger accounts)
• SAP experience is mandatory, ideally SAP S/4HANA - experience with the VIM tool is a major plus.
• English language skills at a communicative level, especially for communication with colleagues abroad
• A structured, resilient work ethic and the ability to work efficiently even under time pressure.
• Willingness to familiarize oneself with existing, sometimes demanding processes
