Functieomschrijving Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor B2B-klanten en voor de eerstelijnsvragen over de webshop. Je adviseert hen over producten, stelt offertes op en je zorgt voor de opvolging en nazorg van de bestelde orders. Je begeleidt klanten door het digitale orderproces en het is jouw taak om de behoefte van de klant helder te krijgen. Je vraagt door en geeft een passend productadvies en daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratie. Je werkt samen in een team van collega’s van de binnendienst én de accountmanagers van de buitendienst. Onderling wordt er dagelijks afgestemd wie welke klanten te woord staat. "Als je het leuk vindt om te verkopen, dan is dit een baan voor jou." Voorbeeld uit de praktijk "Stel, een klant belt je op en wil graag meerdere UTP-kabels bestellen. Wat doe je?" Allereerst zoek je de klant op in het systeem en controleer je of hij deze bestelling al eens eerder heeft gedaan. Indien dit niet het geval is, vraag of er behoefte is naar een bepaald merk en adviseer welk merk het beste bij de vraag van de klant past. Vervolgens vertel je de klant dat het noodzakelijk is om hier ook connectoren bij te kopen die in meerdere kleuren besteld kunnen worden. Het is hierbij belangrijk dat je goed doorvraagt zodat je precies weet wat de klant nodig heeft. Je kunt de klant mee laten kijken via de webshop. Je maakt een bestellijst op de webshop en ondertussen kijkt de klant mee wat er in de winkelwagen terecht komt. Het voordeel hiervan is dat de klant foto’s van de producten kan zien, de kortingen en of het op voorraad is. Wanneer de klant akkoord gaat met de bestelling kan hij zelf online afrekenen of stel je een offerte op in het M3-Systeem.
