Additionally, you will be supported by our specialist communities of practice for Return to Work, Injury Management and Mental Health. How you'll make an impact Act as the first point of contact for injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, etc for all matters regarding a workplace injury claim; Drive the return to work process through proactive claims management services, including determining claims and injury management entitlements, scheduling appointments, undertaking regular contacts and reviews, and processing of benefits/payments, in accordance with the relevant legislation; Identify, and make measures to identify and strategise potential barriers; Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Eligibility Officers, Return to Work Specialists, Injury Management Consultants and Mental Health Consultants; Provide education to stakeholders regarding return to work processes and legislative obligations; Participate in regular claims reviews with key stakeholders; Request and obtain information to assist with the ongoing management of claims; Undertake compliance-related tasks such as accurate data entry and attaching documentation to the claims management system.
