Our Client Services Specialists in Group Risk are the first point of contact, providing support to both our clients and providers to keep them updated and provide a market leading customer experience. You will gather all relevant data for each client / customer’s scheme renewal and assist with preparing information for our Employee Benefits Consultants. So, what does the role of a Client Services Specialist here involve? Provide great customer service and support to our Employee Benefit Consultants, clients and insurers over the phone and by e-mail. Be the first point of contact for all client and insurer queries and proactively support with policy renewals and new business. Support with administration of scheme such as invoicing, accounts, claims, underwriting, rehabilitation support services and communication material.
