Maintaining up to date information within the room booking system, confirming all bookings, catering, audio visual and in room requirements. Liaising with Facilities and Client Services team to ensure maintenance, after-hours air conditioning, after-hours access and cleaning requests are confirmed. Liaising with Client Services team to confirm food, beverage and set up requirements for meetings and events. Assisting Client Services Manager and CS Coordinator with administration and reporting tasks. Providing assistance to clients and staff with audio visual and video conferencing needs. Providing assistance to the café with coffee preparation, food preparation and sales during busy periods. Providing support for the Barista and Reception for daily breaks and annual leave. Ensuring that the reception area is maintained to highest standard. Assisting the kitchen team with occasional ‘hands on’ duties and/or after-hours events support.
