Description

Based from the Plymouth Dental Education Facilities in Derriford and Devonport, the main objective of this role is to oversee the Dental Administration Team and ensure they are providing exceptional standards of administration duties across both Plymouth sites to support the delivery of dental care and treatment at each facility. The post holder will be required to travel independently between both Plymouth sites on a routine basis to manage and support delivery of clinical activity. The post holder will be directly responsible for the motivation, support and training of all dental administration staff. This role includes but is not limited to; Line management of the dental administration team, strong leadership to monitor and maintain delivery of contractual activity, Patient interaction including appropriate use of patient management system, Call handling, Appointment booking, Student and Clinician liaison and general reception duties/administration support
