Description du poste Au sein du pôle Admin/paie de RTE, les différentes équipes contrats de travail ont pour missions de gérer la paie et l’administration du personnel pour l’ensemble des salariés de RTE. En tant qu’alternant(e) gestionnaire de paie et administration du personnel, vous serez intégré(e) au sein de l’équipe Contrat de travail de Window, composée de 14 salariés bienveillants et solidaires. Vous contribuerez à la gestion de la paie et la gestion administrative du personnel d’environ 2500 salariés répartis sur le territoire français. Missions Appuyer la réalisation des dossiers d’embauche : rédaction des contrats, respect des formalités administratives légales et réglementaires (organisation de visites médicales, réalisation de DPAE…) ; Rédiger les documents de fin de contrats (alternants, stagiaires, statutaires) ; Contribuer à l’établissement de bons à payer dans le cadre de saisies administratives, d’avantages en nature ou de factures internes ; Participer à la rédaction des conventions de forfait jour pour les salariés cadres ; Accompagner les salariés étrangers dans leurs démarches administratives (par exemple le renouvellement des titres de séjour) ; Progressivement, vous pourrez prendre en charge un portefeuille réduit de salariés pour lesquels vous serez l’interlocuteur (-trice) privilégié(e) pour la gestion de la paie (éléments variables, fixes, absences) et pour toutes leurs demandes individuelles.
