CE QUE TU FERAS Assurer le traitement des tâches «Octopus - Stratégies commerciales» se rapportant à la création de nouveaux produits, produits discontinués et toutes autres requêtes. Assurer l’exactitude, la conformité des informations de la plateforme GS1 (ECCnet Vault, Itrade) selon les exigences du projet. Faire les inscriptions, modifications, publications des nouveaux produits et valider les information des frais du service. Coordonner le transfert des informations GS1 lorsque la gestion de la plateforme demeure la responsabilité du partenaire. Maintenir la fiche de demande de présentation et assurer la communication avec les responsables des ventes lors des ajouts de nouveaux produits. Assurer l’exécution des différentes étapes à faire lors des nouveaux listings et/ou délistings de produit par clients/bannières. Faire la saisie de la mise à jour des informations dans SAP/SQL et la liste universelle. Communiquer le changement aux équipes concernées et faire le suivi des avis de frais de référencement pour autorisation. Effectuer la création des nouveaux produits de mise en liste dans les différents portails des clients et s’assurer de la conformité et de l’exactitude des informations. Valider et coordonner les blocages journaliers des commandes en lien avec les prix/listings dans un délai précis. Trouver les solutions nécessaires et assurer un suivi auprès des autres intervenants afin de ne pas retarder le processus de livraison.
