How you'll make an impact On a day-to-day basis you will: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information to provide accurate calculations of weekly payments; Calculate and update average weekly earnings and back pays in an accurate and timely manner to meet business unit KPIs; Monitor, process and action emails received in the shared email inboxes; Update and document reporting spread sheets and systems daily to ensure delays are minimised; Conduct wage calculations, and / or reviews when provided with average weekly earnings (AWEs) or federal minimum wage (FMWs); Audit peer calculations to identify errors and rectify potential mistakes; Monitor and complete economic adjustment reviews as per legislative requirements for claims over 12 months of age; Collate information and calculate arrears of weekly payments or back pays.
