Job Posting TitleMedical Assistant Job Description As a full-time Medical Assistant aka Clinical Multitasking Specialist, you will be a part of a collaborative team scribing for and supporting dermatology providers by ensuring all patients receive high quality, efficient, and comprehensive care - while demonstrating consistent adherence to the practice’s standards and procedures. You will be an integral part of helping to communicate with and educate patients, as well as assisting providers during medical and cosmetic procedures. This is a great opportunity for those who are interested in other advanced healthcare positions. At least 6 months experience is required. At least 2 years of customer service experience and advanced proficiency with computers are necessary. Position includes travel to our Central Illinois offices occasionally. 7:15-5:15pm Monday-Thursday $18-$21 hr. based on experience You must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.  CPR / BLS & Bloodborne Pathogen Certification preferred. You must also have basic typing, computer, English, and mathematical skills. You must have an appropriate sense of discretion in dealing with varied and difficult situations; ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations; be able to communicate effectively with providers, patients, co-workers, and vendors.
