Job Description Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role and engaging in all elements of the ADVANCE program. The program is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills, helping to enhance the transition from student to professional. Contributes by solving problems and applying experience or theoretical knowledge to atypical assignments. Participates in the utilities digital working group and implementation of digital tools within the design process. Qualifications Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University Any software experience including MS Office package, AutoCAD, GIS, or any relevant computer programming would be beneficial. Candidates must be recent graduates, having graduated within the last 24 months or no later than September 2024, to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.2 and above. If you hold a Master’s Degree, it should have started within 12 months of completing your Bachelor’s Degree to ensure continuous education and meet program requirements.
