Functieomschrijving De Rol Als Construction Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle on-site activiteiten binnen het programma voor inspectie en vervanging van ondergrondse tanks. Je begeleidt meerdere gelijktijdige projecten die door verschillende aannemers worden uitgevoerd en zorgt ervoor dat elke locatie veilig, op tijd, binnen budget en volgens de kwaliteitsstandaarden van Shell Mobility wordt opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met de Project Manager, het klantteam en aannemers om alle werkzaamheden te plannen, te coördineren en te managen — van voorbereiding tot overdracht. Deze rol is ideaal voor iemand die zich thuis voelt in een dynamische, snel bewegende omgeving en graag consistente resultaten levert op meerdere locaties. Wat je gaat doen Je tijd verdelen tussen klantlocaties, AECOM-kantoren en thuiswerken, afhankelijk van de projectbehoefte. Deel uitmaken van het Project Delivery Team en rapporteren aan de Project Manager. Leidinggeven aan dagelijkse site-activiteiten en zorgen dat de uitvoering veilig, soepel en efficiënt verloopt. De uitvoering managen conform de standaarden van Shell Mobility. Projecten bewaken op tijd, kosten en kwaliteit. Sterke relaties onderhouden met klanten, aannemers en collega’s, met open en transparante communicatie. HSSE-excellentie stimuleren en bewaken — veiligheid staat altijd op nummer één. Aannemers en site-teams motiveren en ondersteunen om kwalitatief hoogwaardig werk te leveren in een snelle rollout-omgeving. Budgetten en planningen monitoren, risico’s tijdig signaleren en praktische oplossingen implementeren. Kansen identificeren om efficiëntie en consistentie over alle sites te verbeteren. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij Deelnemen aan HSSE-meetings en site-audits om te verifiëren dat veiligheidsnormen worden nageleefd. Delen van lessons learned en best practices om continue verbetering in het programma te ondersteunen. Leidinggeven of deelnemen aan belangrijke projectmeetings, zoals scopingbezoeken, startoverleggen, voortgangsupdates en opleverreviews. Het aansturen en coördineren van supply chain-partners zodat zij voldoen aan afgesproken prestatie- en kwaliteitsnormen.
