Successful candidates will work collaboratively with our highly experienced and specialist social impacts team to deliver a range of social impact, value and advisory projects for infrastructure and multi-national businesses as well as contributing to wider ESG advisory projects. Assess social and equality impacts using qualitative and quantitative research methods, including primary fieldwork, data analysis, and evaluation. Ensure quality, timeliness, and financial management across projects. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Liaise and collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external advisors to achieve excellence in delivery. Build and maintain positive long-term client relationships. Business Development & Growth Prepare costed proposals, webinars, flyers, case studies, and other business development materials. Support leadership teams in identifying and securing new internal and external opportunities. Build internal networks to promote social impact, value, and advisory services within AECOM.
