Responsible for developing inside marketing campaigns and showroom merchandising, perform the duties of Inside Sales Representative and provide sales support to outside sales representatives and the Sales Manager.

Experience:

• Inside sales: 3 years (required

· Maintain a listing of sales contacts established each week for review and follow up at weekly sales meetings.
· Responsible for attending to all incoming sales calls and emails; directing inquiries to the appropriate outside sales representative and assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
· Process orders for House accounts.
· Process orders for in-stock items.
· Provide accurate and timely quotations.
· Greet walk in customers; answer inquiries, process cash & carry sales.
· Conduct inventory counts as requested by the Purchaser and advise of low stock levels on smallwares items.
· Provide support to outside sales in processing customer orders and requests.
· Help facilitate customer pick-ups.
· Maintain an orderly and clean showroom.
· Maintain stock labels on shelving.
· Ensure all equipment displayed in showroom is accurately priced, displayed and labeled with Raimac Item #’s.
· Restock shelves and put away stock receiving for smallwares items.
· Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of smallwares warehouse area.
· Assist Sales Manager at weekly sales meetings.
· Other responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.
· Attend and assist with trade shows when required.
· Assist in implementing changes to the company website.
· Maintain and update the customer email contact list for marketing and email blasts.
· Shovel and de-ice walkways to Showroom Door.
Sweep and remove garbage (typically every Friday) in Showroom and smallwares storage area

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
