SENIOR/ STAFF NURSE

Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring person-centric care according to the needs of the residents and their respective conditions
• Perform nursing procedures in accordance to the person-centredphilosophy of care, and in compliance with the ENHS (EnhancedNursing Home Standards)
• Work in close collaboration with other in-house functions to deliver holistic care
• Build rapport with residents and their families
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to junior nursing staff
• Involved in orientation and on-going training of nursing staff

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Nursing from an institution approved by theSNB (Singapore Nursing Board)
• Valid Practicing Certificate issued by the SNB
• A team player with good interpersonal skills and possess effectivemanagerial qualities
• Good communications skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to perform shift duty is an advantage
