A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though an Associate's degree in a human services discipline is preferred, along with prior human services experience. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid US driver's license for six months, and must pass background checks, becoming CPR/First Aid certified within two weeks and MAP certified within 150 days of hire.
