We are the Partner Growth & Analytics organization within Prime Video, responsible for building systems and experiences that enable best-in-class growth tools and analytics for tens of thousands of Prime Video’s 3rd party partners, including Hollywood studios, media houses, post-production facilities, and independent content creators. These growth tools empower our partners to optimize their content, marketing assets, and monetization strategies on Prime Video.

In this role, you will pioneer the application of machine learning and generative AI to revolutionize the growth tooling and analytics experiences for our global 3rd party partners and customers who rely on Prime Video.

• Creating AI and machine learning solutions to drive growth and optimization for Prime Video’s 3rd party partner ecosystem
• Collaborating cross-functionally with software engineers, product managers, data engineers, and senior scientists to tackle complex, business-critical challenges with a focus on high-impact outcomes
• Leveraging strong problem-solving skills and excellent judgment to make data-driven trade-offs that balance partner needs, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability
• Continuously learning and staying curious about the latest advancements in machine learning and Generative AI, acting as a thought leader and sharing insights with your team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of building models for business application experience
• PhD, or Master’s degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
• Experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in building machine learning models for business application
• Experience with generative deep learning models applicable to the creation of synthetic humans like CNNs, GANs, VAEs and NF

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
