WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We’re looking for a talented Architectural Designer to lead the design process from concept through to construction on complex, high-spec projects in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare sectors. Reporting to the Design Lead, you’ll take ownership of architectural design, safety, quality, and planning, while collaborating closely with engineers and construction teams to deliver compliant, efficient, and innovative facilities.
You’ll carry out detailed site surveys, develop designs through RIBA stages 1–5, prepare working drawings and specifications, and manage documentation for statutory submissions.
You’ll liaise with clients to understand their needs, produce flow diagrams, and ensure CDM compliance through design risk assessments.
You’ll also support procurement planning, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the development of unique, commercially viable design solutions.
