Join a dynamic, quality-driven team building a production-grade time sheet and dispatch SaaS used daily by hundreds of construction workers. We are now entering a market-readiness phase, adding multi-tenancy capabilities to support multiple clients with unique rulesets while keeping code quality high and technical debt low.
The project is led by a CTO with more than 20 years of experience in the industry and is still hands-on with architecture and code. We foster collaboration and high technical skills while delivering a balance of quality code and value to our stakeholders.
You will work closely with a small, collaborative team that values craftsmanship, clean code, and sustainable development.

SKILLS

• English communication (required). Team members speak various languages such as English, French, but English is the working language.
