SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• A relevant qualification in architecture, building technology, Surveying or a related field (e.g., HNC/HND or equivalent) - desirable
• Experience in providing full Building Surveying services for a variety of repairs, refurbishment and adaptations works
• 5 Years Experience In Design Management and Supervision of Building Maintenance Projects
• Working Knowledge of the repairing obligations of a Council and Tenants Responsibilities
• Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, ideally within a similar local authority repairs and maintenance environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Ability to carry out numerical calculations
• Awareness of Project Management methods - desirable
• A clear understanding of Building Regulations and other legal guidelines
• Report Writing And IT Skills
