Guide a project from go to whoa, from the initial project set up to contract administration, final delivery, and everything else in between. Keep a firm grip on cost control alongside the project quantity surveyor – you’ll be right on top of financial reporting, estimates, cash flow and invoicing on a project. Manage project deliverables and reporting back to client. You’ll lead and chair meetings, minuting actions so nothing gets left undone. · Here’s what we need from you: A professional and can-do attitude to helping support our clients and the TBIG project team. Ability to create enthusiasm within the project environment. Getting buy in and always building trust. A range of experience across different project types and phases in the NZ market, ideally including exposure to design management, consenting strategies, consultant and contractor procurement, construction and contract management. Your experience needs to include: Minimum four years' post grad consultancy experience, construction PM or similar.
