We’re looking for a skilled and curious business intelligence analyst to join our Data & Insight Team, helping us improve services for the people who call our properties home.
This isn’t just about building dashboards or running reports. It’s about creating the foundation that helps every team across Curo make better decisions and drive real improvements in how we serve our customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Working with teams across Curo to identify their business intelligence requirements and translating them into practical solutions that work.
• Creating and maintaining high-quality PowerBI reports that make data accessible for all colleagues, enabling informed decisions at every level.
• Analysing data to identify meaningful and actionable insights, then presenting this intelligence business-wide to improve our operations.
• Exploring the root causes of service success and failure, using internal, external and customer feedback data.Supporting the development and maintenance of our Data Layer (data warehouse) and architecture
