Monitor and follow up on guest feedback and concerns, suggest and sell amenities, and ensure guest and property security. * Housekeeping: Assign rooms to be cleaned by housekeeping and aide GM in inspecting rooms. * Other: Manage inventory, check property email, build relationships with vendors and guests, and foster teamwork. * Sales & Marketing: Network within the local community to promote the property and build strong relationships with competitive properties, local organizations, and key clients. Lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.  * Teamwork: Assist with housekeeping in rooms as needed and daily completion of laundry duties and public space needs.
