Motivate, discipline, and communicate regularly with team members. Investigate incidents and report to SIRA/ASSD. Manage administrative duties—leave planning, appraisals, and reporting. Coordinate with Accounts for payment follow-up and collections. Handle client communication and complaints within 24 hours. Oversee vehicle and property use by staff. Coordinate SIRA/PSBD licensing and training. Manage deployment, relievers, and replacements. Conduct customer meetings, ensure KPIs and satisfaction. Oversee HSE compliance, report incidents within 12 hours. Ensure site resources (water, shade, toilets) and accommodation standards. Detailed Responsibilities: A. Operations Management Plan monthly schedules, appraisals, and supervisor visits. Conduct audits, site surveys, and risk assessments. Ensure continuous improvement in deployment and staff welfare. B.
