Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and Construction Managers Track and distribute project documentation, including RFIs, safety reports, and closeouts Attend and document project meetings; distribute meeting notes and communication Assist in updating schedules and tracking construction activities and milestones Manage and report project changes including bulletins, design changes, and addendums Prepare and coordinate reports, status trackers, and deliverables Track financial items such as expenses, equipment rentals, and subcontractor costs Attend daily “Tailgate” safety meetings and ensure field communication consistency Support the coordination of safety audits, incidents, and reporting Assist with preconstruction prep and project handoff processes Qualifications You’re someone who thrives in fast-paced, team-based environments.
