The Security Team Leader will supervise a team of security colleagues, maintain high presentation standards, oversee daily operations, and respond effectively to incidents, including potentially stressful or critical situations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of security colleagues, including attendance, grooming, coaching, appraisals, and personal development. Prepare duty schedules and ensure operational readiness while respecting colleagues’ time-off needs. Plan and deliver on-the-job and off-the-job training to develop skills and maintain service standards. Motivate and recognize team members through incentives and reward programs. Ensure departmental policies, procedures, and performance standards are followed and updated as necessary. Monitor service delivery, guest satisfaction, and operational performance; propose improvements when needed. Track and manage financial targets, inventory, and stock within the security department.
