JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cafe Assistant to join our vibrant busy team at Fettle where we make our own sourdough focaccia, delicious salads as well as home baking and excellent coffee. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in food preparation and serving great coffee. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with food and beverage preparation, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous café experience is essential with a good bit of barista experience and time working with food
• A team player who’s always ready to help

Responsibilities include

• Preparing and serving hot drinks, our delicious focaccia sandwiches and tasty salads
• Taking orders and handling payments
• Keeping the café clean and tidy
• Creating a friendly, positive atmosphere for our customers and other staff

Shifts will be flexible from 7 days between 8 and 5:30.
