Norton TCG is a friendly and welcoming retail store specialising in trading card games, board games, and collectibles. We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive Retail Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and preferably some retail or customer service experience. Knowledge of card games is not required, but a passion for learning and engaging with customers is essential.

• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including cash handling and card payments.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services, contributing to sales goals.
• Participate in inventory management, including stock counts, deliveries, and product rotation.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and welcoming for all visitors.
