Key responsibilities

FINANCIALS:

You are looking for capex and other projects and ensuring that the plant meets the agreed output requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years job related experience at senior management level in a unionized environment
Bachelor’s degree
Understanding 24/7/365 5 shift pattern operation and high volume/scale effect
Experience close to the Shop floor operation and understanding people drivers and machinery
Proven leadership skills to build effective teams
Customer focused, self-driven, dynamic personality with strategic approach
