Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services degree with a concentration in mental health coursework. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred, along with effective communication skills and the ability to function independently and demonstrate clinical competency.
