Clients Come First. You are responsive and available to meet with prospective clients to identify their needs and propose loan options that will achieve their goals. You will analyze loan applications to ensure compliance with all applicable lending requirements and standards and ensure accuracy and timeliness of loan disclosures and estimates to ensure all loan costs and/or fees are properly disclosed.

Excellence is a Team Sport. Be a “play-maker.” You will collaborate across departments on behalf of your client to meet or exceed all relevant KPIs or benchmarks related to conversion or pull-through rates, client survey scores, errors, and closed loans.
Savings are Earned. CapCenter seeks to save our clients’ money, time, risk, and effort. You will convert client applications into closed loans saving our clients thousands. You will condition for and collect borrower documents in accordance with Fannie, Freddie, FHA, or VA underwriting regulations and review documents to confirm salability on the secondary market.
