REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in art direction, preferably within B2C, e-commerce, or fintech industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing emotional design, visual storytelling, and user-centric projects.
• Excellent understanding of emotional design principles, user experience, and visual storytelling.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

• Concept, design and execute innovative experiences across key mediums - landing pages, mobile apps, web platforms.
• Enhance user engagement through gamification mechanics, illustration, interactive design and visual storytelling.
• Provide Art Direction to Align product ecosystems using design systems and asset libraries.
• Partner with product designers, content designers, product managers, developers to create customer-focused solutions.
• Guide and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
