6 Sigma Sim Racing is a leader in affordable and professional-grade racing simulators. Our mission is to make immersive racing experiences accessible to everyone — from casual drivers to esports professionals. We design, build, and deliver cutting-edge rigs and motion simulators across North America and beyond.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Media Manager to take ownership of our social media, content, and community presence. If you live and breathe sim racing, digital storytelling, and creative campaigns — this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do

As our Media Manager, you will be the voice and creative engine of 6 Sigma Sim Racing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Your role will include:

  • Content Strategy & Planning
  • Build a monthly posting calendar (2–3 posts per week minimum).
  • Plan content around special dates, launches, events, and promotions.
  • Content Creation & Publishing
  • Create and edit Reels, carousels, and product posts showcasing rigs, setups, and motion systems.
  • Use AI and creative tools to enhance content.
  • Write engaging captions with clear calls-to-action.
  • Community Engagement
  • Manage interactions: reply to comments, DMs, and foster user engagement.
  • Repost user-generated content and highlight testimonials.
  • Collaborate with sim racing influencers and esports teams.
  • Brand Growth & Analytics
  • Benchmark against competitors like Advanced SimRacing.
  • Track performance and adapt strategy to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Suggest new campaign ideas to boost brand awareness.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Strong content creation and video editing skills (Reels/TikTok style storytelling).
  • Passion for sim racing, esports, or motorsports (big plus).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail in branding and messaging.
  • Strong written communication (short-form captions, engaging CTAs).
  • Comfortable with analytics and reporting on growth metrics.
  • Bonus: Experience working with influencers or esports teams.
