The Nurse Manager position offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus and will work a normal Monday through Friday daylight schedule helping to oversee nursing practice. The Nurse Practice Manager maintains full accountability for leading and managing the human resources, clinical, financial, and administrative operations of the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center Cranberry Medical Oncology office to continuously improve the quality of patient care and create a healthy workplace for staff in collaboration with organizational leadership.
