QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Must be admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of Singapore.
• 6–8 years’ Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Experience in corporate in-house counsel role or legal practice (preferred in TMT, ICT, or Data Protection sectors).
• Prior litigation experience is advantageous.
• Strong foundation in TMT/ICT law, competition law, and administrative law.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s data protection regulations (PDPA).
• Contract drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.

• Provide legal counsel to IMDA on regulatory, corporate, and industry development matters.
• Draft contracts, manage compliance, and advise on litigation and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate on legislative and policy development with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks through governance policies..
• Advise on regulatory affairs in Telecommunications, Post, Media, and Data Protection.
• Support IMDA in developing and enforcing legal frameworks.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and regulatory instruments.
• Manage litigation and contentious issues where required.Provide legal risk management strategies and ensure compliance.
