• Act as the primary point of contact for all employee relations and engagement matters.
• Lead and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and offboarding.
• Assist in the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Champion a high-performance culture through coaching, capability building, and proactive workforce planning.Actively contribute to global and regional projects and initiatives, with a focus on process digitalisation and system integration.
