JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various environments. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations.
• Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.

• Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, ensuring all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces, ensuring supplies are stocked and facilities are hygienic.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding positively to feedback and requests from clients.
