Role Overview We are looking for a Business Process Owner who will lead and oversee below end-to-end (E2E) finance process: Inventory, Industry & Controlling This role is pivotal in supporting LDC’s Finance Transformation program by ensuring process excellence, tool efficiency, and organizational alignment across global operations. Key Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert and guardian of Group-wide finance processes and standards Support country-level implementations while balancing local needs with global requirements Lead automation and digitalization of industry, controlling processes and reports Provide ongoing support to live countries, ensuring continuous improvement and user satisfaction Define, document, and maintain CORE model and best practices Challenge and review live countries’s and Project rollout change requests Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, FPSO colleagues, and DT&A teams to ensure consistent process execution. Own the end-to-end industry controlling processes (e.g., cost center planning, project accounting, production cost controlling, variance analysis, standard costing). Support change management, training, and onboarding activities related to process changes. Drive ad-hoc projects to enhance BOLD capabilities.
