Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Full-Time)
Reports To: General Manager, Executive Management team
Location: The Famous Bonanza & Easy Street Casinos

ABOUT US:

The Famous Bonanza and Easy Street Casinos operate one key food venue, with the goal to open the second venue as a Deli-style operation, facilitate cross-training across both venues, and provide our guests and employees with a quality food and guest service experience.

  • Stella’s Deli – Open daily at Famous Bonanza daily
  • Millie’s Restaurant – currently under remodel

Our restaurant(s) are essential amenities for guests, employees and the local community!

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Restaurant Manager ensures smooth daily operations, leads a high-performing team, and upholds our commitment to excellent service, quality food product and a clean environment to enjoy themselves while dining. This is a hands-on role that involves working in all positions as needed to provide frontline employee support, fill in staffing, provide in-person training, interact with our guests directly, and communicate Restaurant goings-on as needed to other departments and Executive Management. The Restaurant Manager handles menu oversight, costing for the department, POS system management, completes each venues Restaurant paperwork, completes department ordering and monthly inventories. This position assists with the entire lifecycle of the Restaurant employees.

GUEST EXPERIENCE:

  • Actively engage with guests and respond to constructive feedback
  • Support staff in creating a welcoming Restaurant experience
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming atmosphere

SCHEDULE & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Schedule: 40–45 hours/week, generally Thursday–Sundays during peak Restaurant hours; must be available on holidays/blackout dates
  • Physical: Ability to lift 40 lbs, stand for 95% of 10–11-hour shifts
  • Technology: Proficiency with POS (Micros/Oracle), email, and MS Office
  • Gaming License: Restaurant Manager position does require a CO Division of Gaming Support License
