Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT solutions.
• Project Management Support:
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the agreed-upon requirements and are completed on time.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Work with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure that solutions are aligned with the bank’s IT architecture and standards.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions are properly tested before deployment.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any issues that arise.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and project plans.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track project performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities and decisions.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence).
• Knowledge of banking processes and regulations is a plus.
• CBAP – Certification in Business Analysis is mandatory.
