Key Responsibilities
· Develop and lead a regional business development strategy aligned with global goals.
· Build deep relationships with both existing clients and new prospects.
· Unlock new sectors, regions, and project opportunities.
· Identify, develop, and manage channel partners and distributors across Europe and the US.
· Enable partners with the tools, knowledge, and support to succeed in representing McMenon.
· Represent McMenon at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
· Be the face of our instrumentation and contract manufacturing capabilities.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders including operations, engineering, and marketing.
· Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure agility and competitiveness.
· Monitor market trends, policy changes, and customer needs in key sectors.
· Provide insight-driven feedback and forecasts to the leadership team.
What You Bring
· A strong background in business development, technical sales, or key account management in engineering, instrumentation, or manufacturing.
· Exposure to or experience in the energy and/or nuclear sectors in Europe or the US is a significant advantage.
· A proven track record of building strategic customer and partner relationships.
· A commercial mindset with the confidence to drive growth and lead from the front.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
· Ambition to take on broader leadership responsibilities as the business grows.
· Willingness to travel extensively across target markets.
